We provide translations for many law firms and others who require assurance that secrecy and confidentiality are paramount.
We have a standard Confidentiality Agreement for use on such occasions, or we are happy to sign either an adapted version of our own agreement or a Client’s own document if required.

Relating to the supply of translation and associated services to <*CLIENT NAME AND ADDRESS> (hereinafter called "the Client”)
by FALCON TRANSLATIONS Ltd, Capital Tower, 91 Waterloo Road, London, SE1 8RT (hereinafter called "FALCON")
1. DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement, except where the subject or context requires otherwise:
"Services" means the provision of translation, consultancy, interpreting and other related services by FALCON to the Client as shall be agreed between the two parties from time to time, and includes the supply of translated text in hard or soft copy and other associated deliverables
"Documentation" means texts to be translated and/or supporting materials
2. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
2.1. Subject as below FALCON agrees that all documentation made available by the Client to FALCON shall remain the exclusive property of the Client and that such documentation shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's prior written consent. FALCON agrees to return all such documentation at the Client's request and upon conclusion of FALCON's need thereof
2.2. It is understood that FALCON has Professional Indemnity Insurance for a maximum of £1 Million (one million pounds) for any one claim and in all on the usual terms and conditions in respect of negligence and consequential loss resulting therefrom. For the purpose of this insurance, FALCON is required to retain a file copy of all its work
2.3 By signing this Agreement, FALCON will relinquish its rights (if any) in the translation to the Client once all sums payable against the Client have been collected in full by FALCON
3. SUB CONTRACTORS
3.1. The Client recognises and agrees that FALCON may use sub-contractors for some or all of the work, and references to FALCON in this Agreement are extended to include such sub-contractors as appropriate
4. PRECEDENCE
4.1. The standard conditions of business of FALCON will apply to dealings between the Client and FALCON, except in the event of conflict with these terms and Conditions in which case the present Agreement will have precedence
5. JURISDICTION
5.1. This Agreement and any contract as referred to herein shall be governed by English Law and all disputes in connection with or claims arising from this Agreement will be settled under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
