Our translators are all specialists and we endeavour to match translator expertise with the subject matter. Our translators only translate into their mother tongue and the vast majority are based in the target country.

Our expertise is not just confined to translators. Our project managers have vast experience in understanding client requirements. This provides a vital link in the whole translation process.

We have many long standing clients with whom we have developed a close relationship over a number of years. At Falcon we manage expectations from the start and only promise what we can deliver. There are no hidden costs and all translations are subjected to careful proofreading (which is a standard service).

Attention to detail and consistency of terminology are essential when translating financial documents therefore project managers, translators and proofreaders work together to ensure the required level of accuracy is maintained. This is especially relevant when large projects with tight deadlines necessitate a project being split between a number of translators.

Confidentiality is assured to all our clients. Our translators both in-house and working on a freelance basis have all signed confidentiality undertakings to ensure client protection. And we are happy to sign a clients’ own confidentiality agreement if required.

We are willing to offer a discount for larger projects (which we do on a case by case basis) and we also offer preferential rates for regular work providers.
